Will they work with my phone?

USB-C fits iPhone 15 and newer, almost all Android phones, iPads and laptops. Lightning fits iPhone 7 to 14. 3.5 mm fits laptops, Nintendo Switch, controllers and older phones.

Is Shine Gold available with Lightning?

No, Shine Gold only comes with USB-C. Lightning and 3.5 mm are available in Mirror Silver.

How do they sound?

Clear with solid bass. The semi-open shape lets some ambient sound through – there is no noise cancelling.

Is there any lag?

No. Over a cable the sound arrives instantly – perfect for games and videos.

Does the shine wear off?

The surface is electroplated. Treat them like jewellery: wipe with a soft cloth, no perfume or disinfectant directly on them, and keep them in the case.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Worldwide. Switzerland 7–12 business days, Europe 8–15, other countries 10–20. You’ll get the tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?

Free to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, EU CHF 4.90, other countries CHF 6.90. Free everywhere from CHF 49.

Can I return them?

Returns for change of mind are not possible. If there’s a problem with your order, email us at glnzsupport@gmail.com.

How can I pay?

Securely through the Shopify checkout with the payment methods shown at the bottom of the page. Your payment details are encrypted and not stored by us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at glnzsupport@gmail.com. As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can change or cancel it.
